I specialise in lifestyle management and Bespoke workouts and nutrition.I work in Aerobics,weight's ,circuits,body Pump,Ayurveda,Chinese medicine,Phytotherapy,Yoga and Pilates.I teach a flow style of yoga based on the Ashtanga method, adapted to a flow format to suit time schedules,ailments and fitness Their are many combinations and pliates power classes. To improve pilates techniques their is a 30 minute Pilates essentials class to bring you back to your core and yoga workshops that concentrate on specific elements.
My bootcamps for Funky Fatties over forty are very popular. We also have a range of funky forties classes
I qualified in multiple massage disciplines and I write as a Health and Fitness journalist.
